Suspending All Kai Opua Activities & Events

— March 15, 2020 —

Aloha Kakou,

We will be suspending all Kai 'Opua Canoe Club activities and events, including use of club equipment. Out of respect for our State and Local Government Leaders formal request to avoid large gatherings, it is prudent to follow the example of many agencies and organizations, and act on the side of caution. April 1st, provides a reasonable time for things to stabilize before we have to undertake additional difficult decisions.

Please understand the sensitivity of this situation and the need to protect our Kai 'Opua Canoe Club Ohana.
