ATTENTION KAI ‘OPUA MEMBERS
Kai 'Opua Canoe Club will hold an Annual Membership Meeting for all club members at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, December 11, at its Old Airport County Park halau. All members are urged to attend.
The Meeting will be held to welcome new and returning paddlers, to introduce Members of the Board of Directors, to announce the President’s appointments, if any, of Members to the Board of Directors and various Committees, to announce the election of the Athletic Director by the Board of Directors, to consider and vote on proposed amendments to the By-Laws, if any, to hear annual reports from Committees, and an annual budget review for the past together with the proposed budget for the coming year from the Treasurer, and for general discussion of Club activities and goals for the coming year.
