Julie Vernon leads a Yoga class Tuesday at 5:30 pm at the Walking Path at the Old Airport.
Bring a yoga mat.
This is a free event for any Kai 'Opua member. Good way to strengthen the core muscles and regulate the breathing. Just in time to get back into shape for regatta season.
