REGISTRATION Set forth below are two registration forms for the races on Saturday and Sunday. If so desired, print out the form(s), complete them with your information and mail them to us with the entry fee (Kai Opua Canoe Club, P.O. Box 3079, Kailua-Kona, HI 96745). By doing so, the crews will be pre-registered and all that will be necessary before the race(s) will be for the crew to identify themselves, sign the insurance waiver, pick up their packets of late information and Luau tickets and the ID decals for the canoes. If a crew prefers not to pre-register, it may instead complete the Intent to Participate form hereunder and submit the information. Either of these procedures permits planning and organization to proceed. Mahalo!
